The HTC Bravo has been renamed HTC Wildfire and if my memory doesn’t play games on me, then I kinda already knew this for some time, but failed to make a connection. Anyway the HTC Wildfire looks pretty much like the Nexus One except for the trackball replaced by the optical mouse pointer and the speaker-box among other design elements. At the moment the HTC Wildfire hasn’t been confirmed, but pricing and availability details should be released tomorrow at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona.
Like aforementioned, the HTC Wildfire resembles the Google Nexus One as the hardware and software are very much alike: Android 2.1 with HTC Sense UI, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB ROM, 576MB ROM, 3.7-inch AMOLED 800 x 480 touchscreen with multitouch, dual-band 3G, quad-band EDGE, built-in GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, WiFi 802.11b/g, 3.5mm headset hack, microUSB port, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, 1400mAh battery, and a microSD card expansion slot among others.
According to MoDaCo, the HTC Wildfire is not the only smartphone that HTC will unveil at MWC 2010 as the HTC Legend and a so-called HTC Touch HD Mini will make an appearance. The HTC Legend features 600MHz processor, Android 2.1, HTC Sense UI, 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 320 X 480 resolution, GPS, G-Sensor, Digital compass, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, 3.5mm jack, 1300mAh battery, 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, 512MB ROM, 384MB RAM, and microSD card slot, while the Touch HD Mini specs are unavailable at the moment. Check out the pictures below and let us know what do you think about the phones, especially if you like the HTC Wildfire more than the Google Nexus One.
